KuuImpact plays Superman (NES) - Part 4 of 17

This is not meant to be a complete set of notes, nor does it show everything off. This did, however, get me in the right direction concerning this game. When I play through this myself (which I will eventually do), I'll show off a lot more.

In this entry, Superman has to find out what is going on at the stock market...and it's a bit of a way to Senneville.

Level 2

Senneville is all the way to the west. Better get going.

When you leave the Daily Planet, you'll be seeing zombies as soon as you go outside, and unless you're Superman, you won't be able to hurt them. Unfortunately, you have to be Clark Kent to take the subway, which is east of the Daily Planet. Now that you can take the subway, just go into the yellow subway tunnel. You'll be able to turn back in to Superman once you get on the other side. From here, you'll need to head west.

The first building you see will be red, and it contains invisible enemies. If you hear what sounds like a growl, ghosts are near. If you keep punching in place, you can eventually hit them.

Three screens in, you'll see guys in black and purple who will karate kick you. You'll also find green zombies in a nearby building.

Five screens in, you'll face black and red karate fighters near Mountain Records. Bear them up for a Super Breath I upgrade.

Seven screens in, you'll find the Holography Museum. On the next screen, you'll meet a man who will tell you that Metropolis is best seen from the sky. The three people further to the left also have some useless flavor text. The building they are standing in front of is Wonderland Toys, and it contains a changing room where you can turn to Clark Kent and back to Superman again.

If any spot on the map is yellow, Superman can fly there from his current location on the map. The spots that are yellow will be different depending on where you are on the map.

It won't be long until you reach Senneville, and you'll know that you are there when you hear different, more sinister music. Keep going, and you'll eventually reach a black building that looks a bit different from the rest you've seen with a red sign that reads "STOCK MARKET." You'll want to head in there.
