There is a way to beat Bloody Mary without magic...but it's gonna be tough.
There is a way to beat Bloody Mary. Being at least Level 23 is required for this to work.
Equip the Light Rod, then wait for a few seconds so you can deal damage. Use your dash attack to hit her around the middle of her dress, and keep doing it over and over in order to avoid taking as much damage as possible. This lets you avoid the four jewels that revolve around her as well as the faces that home in on your current position until they return to her.
When she turns into a spinning triangle, avoid her until she stops chasing after you.
Use an L.Bulb if you are below or around 100 to make sure you don't die.
Bloody Mary has 400 HP, and you'll probably do anywhere from 1 to 4 HP worth of damage with each dashing attack. But it can be done.
