Now it's time for the boss rush...
The teleporters, clockwise from top-left to top-right are Galaxy Man, Concrete Man, Splash Woman, Jewel Man, Hornet Man, Magma Man, Tornado Man and Plug Man. Same strategies apply.
When you beat all eight Robot Masters, you'll face a Skull Dinosaur. The Dinosaur will spit eggs at you. Shoot at the eggs three times. The eggs will bounce higher with every hit, and on the third shot, they should hit the lower jaw of the dinosaur's face. The explosion from the egg will damage the jaw.
When you beat this form, the face of the dinosaur head comes off and you'll finally see Dr. Wily. Also the jaw will open up further to reveal a flamethrower. Jump up and shoot at the jaw with the arm cannon, and avoid the flames that shoot out by staying in the air. The higher you are, the less the flame will arc downwards as it shoots out, as it will track you vertically.
When the dinosaur starts floating in the air, move around the room and get out of the way so that you don't get crushed.
When you destroy the Dinosaur, you'll face Dr. Wily in another flying saucer-like apparatus. Equip Hornet Chaser and hit him with that. Not surprisingly, he's got energy ball attack that will home in on you, yet again. You'll have to be pretty adept to dodge the homing fireballs, but you can jump over the balls that track the floor when he shoots that six-ball shot. Good luck standing between the ones that drop down from above.
When you beat Dr. Wily for a third time, it's over. Wily runs away, and you get the evidence of his dirty deeds back. Move up to the memory chip to pick it up.
