Stage 1: Hinterland Fort

The boss is easier to take down with the Lazer or Uzi Lazer the second time around.
When you beat the bosses this time around, you'll get money instead of weapons and the music heard after beating a boss is different.
There are also no cutscenes in New Game Plus mode, either, so you just go straight through to the next stage after entering the teleporter.
Stage 2: Greenery Zone
Not much of a difference here between the first and second playthroughs, but the Kuro Blaster does pretty well against the boss here.
Stage 3: OXOX Hotel
Go to the right at the beginning instead. Use the jetpack over the gap to get the Level 2 Kuro Blaster. This causes two rings of Kuro Blaster energy to move around you, one above and one below. They go to the sides if you shoot straight up. The first upgrade for this weapon is the best weapon in the game, hands down. It can even go through walls and ceilings at times. The only downside is that unlike its Level 1 form, Level 2 does not work underwater at all.
The Level 2 Kuro Blaster will lay waste to the mole mini-boss.
