House of Buggin' - Cosmic Rangers

I really wanted to see this skit (and this show) as a kid. I can understand the skit, but I have no idea why I wanted to see the show, other than the interesting opening and this skit in particular.
House of Buggin' ran on Fox for only four weeks and was meant to be a replacement for In Living Color. Apparently, not many people were interested in a comedy with an all-Latino cast...
