The adventure continues as we enter a forest and find an owl.

Nope, nothing unusual here.

Level 2: Big Forest

Level 2-1

The first section is simple enough, but the second section is even easier. Just shoot an air pellet at the Scarfy. Simple enough. This gives you access to Coo the Owl. You'll be needing him for this stage, as you can fly solely using the Control Pad. He can also fly against wind currents without being brutally pushed back.

At the end of the stage, you'll find Sir Kibble. Swallowing him will give you the Cutter ability, which lets you throw Boomerangs just like Sir Kibble.

Level 2-2

At the beginning of the level, go down and you'll find a door. This leads to the second Rainbow Drop of the game. You'll need the Needle power-up in order to break the blocks above the Rainbow Drop.

To get that, head to the next section. After the two Gordos that guard the Pep Brew, you'll find a porcupine that bares its spines when you get too close. Inhale and swallow him. Congrats! You have the Needle ability! Now keep it for the whole stage.

Thankfully, there's only two sections in this entire stage. Now that you have the Needle ability, go ahead and re-enter Stage 2. Go back to the door below the beginning of the stage, and you'll be able to break the blocks. Two down, five to go.


From there, you can pause the game and exit the stage, since you've already completed it.
