"Hello Nurse!"
Alright, alright! Yeah, it's another TV-to-game transition I played as a kid. What is it with me and these things right now?
For the record, freakinalex's run is tool-assisted. According to the description, he died several times but used save states throughout. He does get all 24 scripts, though, and for those of you who still have problems finding all 24 scripts and getting the real ending, guess what? I'll individually list every single one of them for your convenience, because I'm more awesome than The Miz! HERP DERP!
No, seriously, I am. Well...not...really...but you know what I'm sayin'. Let's just start at the beginning.
In case nobody knows what the plot is, the game begins with Pinky and the Brain carrying out their plot of stealing the script for a new movie from Warner Bros. Studios during the night. The next day, the CEO asks the Warner Brothers...and the Warner Sister...for a favor (which would really be out of place in the show, BTW) in which he tells them of the theft of the new movie script...and then asks Yakko, Wakko and Dot to get them back.
The first section of the introductory level is as straight-forward as it gets. I'll let the video talk when it comes to this. The second section is a little harder, so I'll be talking about that part instead.
It doesn't show this at the beginning of the video, but if you push the potted plant at the very start to where the CEO is, you'll trigger a hidden door. If you walk through it, you'll get a bunch of coins. Every time you collect five coins, you'll trigger the slot machine as well as all the power-ups and lives that you'll be able to get throughout the game from it. You can either let it run on its own, or you can press L to stop it yourself. Of course, if you know what you're doing, chances are you'll go through the entire game without pressing the L button once, resulting in having more continues than you'll need to beat the game.
Hold Right on the Control Pad when you drop out of the window. You'll land on some awnings where you can collect some extra coins. When you're done, drop to the ground. Some of the crates will also have coins in them. There will also be a broken fire hydrant that is detached from the pavement. Pick it up, and you'll have a weapon to use against Ralph, the security guard who pops up every so often to try to catch the Warners and throw them back in the Water Tower.
Get to the end of the stage as quickly as you can and jump when Ralph gains on you. When you jump on his head, he drops a coin that you can collect. Don't make a habit of doing it repeatedly...the aim of the game here is to get away from him, and you really don't want to lose a Warner...or the game...to Ralph.
When you make it to the end, the Warner Dash away from the main studio area, and you'll get a password. After you're done copying that down, you'll go to the map screen.
After the password screen, you'll see the map screen. You move around this screen like in a game of Pac-Man. In case you have no idea where to go, you'll see Pinky and the Brain taking something to one of the buildings on the map before they disappear. If you see a speech bubble above the lead Warner, you can go to that area.
Avoid Ralph on this screen unless you want to go through an unnecessary chase scene where one of the Warners is captured if you fail. He does chase after you if he spots you, so avoid him on the map at all costs.
If you don't have all three Warners in your party at once, you can go to the Water Tower, which I'll cover in another installment.
As for the red guy...nothing. He's just there for laughs, I guess.
There are three places you can go at the beginning: the Fantasy Stage, the Aquatic Stage and the Sci-Fi Stage. Since freakinalex does this in the order that Pinky and the Brain take, let's start with the Fantasy Stage.
The stage begins with the Warners getting on broomsticks and chasing after a rabbit with a pocket watch. He must be late, I guess.
Anyway, there are three rows in this scene, and the rabbit will take one of them in advance. Follow his movements, moving to one of the three rows when he does and jumping trees and other low-lying obstacles whenever necessary where he moves and you won't be running into trees, walls and other solid objects...or losing Warners, for that matter.
You'll be getting a lot of coins in this area, most of them throughout the stage but some of those that are dropped by the rabbit. You'll have to time your jumps to get as many of those coins as you can. Just keep your finger off the R button...you'll be too busy dodging and jumping that you'll feel no need to stop the slot whenever you feel necessary during this part of the stage, anyway.
The second section involves a dragon-like thing that looks like a dog. You'll have to stand on its body in order to get across the seemingly endless pits in what looks like a Warner Bros. version of Jack and the Beanstalk. The arrows tell you where to stand when it comes time to jump on the dog-dragon (whatever it's supposed to be). Avoid the vultures, and don't worry about being solo for the rest of the game...your partners will come back to you.
The dragon goes in and out of the clouds, and you'll have to keep jumping in order to stay on him and keep from falling into the abyss below. Use your shadow to guide yourself if you have to.
At one point in the second section, the dragon flies through the air. You'll have to reposition yourself on the dragon with some small jumps as he does a loop-de-loop before sinking into the clouds once more.
The third section is a mad dash to the end as the castle begins to collapse from behind you. Avoid the pits and the vultures. After a while, it'll start collapsing even faster. You'll have to dash with the A button in order to get past it this time.
The fourth section is the inside of a castle. The big "whomp" sound you hear is a giant anvil moving up and falling down to the ground that is dead ahead. I think you know what not to do here. Dash to avoid it.
The foot soldiers can be easily dashed into in order to defeat them. They'll drop coins when they die. After that tall platform, you'll see Ralph (of all people) seemingly waiting for you. Avoid him and jump on the card-shaped platforms up to an anvil that seemingly stomps on the ground three times before it rests. Make a mad dash towards some more foot soldiers. Defeating them causes a door to the bonus stage appear.
This is pretty simple, and you'll see it throughout the game. Just jump off the balloons to get the coins in the air, and when you're done with that, just get the coins on the ground. When you're finished, just go through the door at the end and you'll be back in the stage.

Bonus Stage

Back to Fantasy Stage
You'll be placed on the other side of where those foot soldiers were. Ahead of you is yet another giant anvil. After you get past that, you'll have to make a stack to get to the next platform, which will flip positions every so often and knock you to the pit below if you jump at the wrong time. After these two platforms, stand in the center and dash. You'll hit all the foot soldiers at one time...and into the arms of your first Script Piece!
Drop down, and be careful - Ralph is looking to grab you yet again. Get on top of the statues and make a stack to reach one of the card platforms above. Jump up until you reach the top...you'll find another Script Piece!
After this, keep going right and jump up on the cards. You'll be free from Ralph's grasp and you'll reach another platform full of foot soldiers you can dash into. Jump across the pit, jump up the next set of cards and you'll find yet another Script Piece. Make your way forward, drop down, grab the coins and continue right. After you pass an anvil, you'll meet the boss of this stage...
Script Locations
Fantasy Stage
#1: After the first two flipping platforms, you'll find this after the line of foot soldiers. You'd have to be blind to miss this one, it's really easy.
#2: After the first one, get on top of the statues you see after finding Ralph again and make a stack so you can jump on the bouncy cards. At the top of all this is the second Script.
#3: Shortly after finding the second piece, you'll jump a pit in order to reach another set of bouncy cards. Once again, this is very hard to miss, as you'll get another Script if you make it this far.
