Area 3 Secret Area: Forgotten Ruins

For this video, we take the other two routes through the Forgotten Ruins.

The second route is in the upper-left corner when we enter the ruins. Be ready to avoid the spears when they shoot out of the walls, and be ready to jump on the disappearing and re-appearing platforms as they show up. Use the first gear to latch onto the last two rubber blocks and launch yourself to the door; use the second gear for all the others. You'll get the Ancient Tablet before being deposited at the exit again.

The third route is in the upper-right corner when we enter the ruins. Get to the upper-left corner, but use the rubber blocks to launch yourself to the other side of the room while staying high. In the next room, avoid the boulders as you launch yourself up with the rubber blocks and break the blocks. For this part, second gear will be your friend with both the rubber blocks and the blocks you need to break to avoid the boulders. You'll get the cowdust at the end.
