And just like that, we're done with Stage 4. Now for Stage 5...
Stage 4-4
If you go all the way to the top at the start and climb the rope to the right, you'll find some enemy-killing invincibility. Once you get it, drop to the right. You may be able to take care of some enemies that way.
Be sure to pause and look around to find places to drop down; it'll really help you reach some of the doors and get both the pickaxe and sledgehammer.
Stage 4-5
I really lucked out with the invincibility at the beginning, didn't I?
The sledgehammer will be on the right end of the level, and you'll need to drop left off a ledge to get to the door containing it.
