PrinceWatercress plays EVO: The Search For Eden - Part 7 of 14

As you can see, there is a lot that we can do in this chapter of the game. You can even become an airborne creature if you want!

Since the last video, I climbed to over 10,000 EVO Points. Not surprisingly, I upgrade the jaws, get smaller, and get the best tail.

Domain of Prime Frog

The second time around, you'll meet the boss: a giant brown frog who's pretty angry that you're in his domain.

Bite everything in sight, including the baby frogs that it sends after you, as they drop meat when you kill them. Each frog nets your 4 HP in addition to 10 EP, so if you need those last few EP to heal fully in case you come close to your untimely demise, these guys will help.

The boss will jump around and sends its own clones after you. That's it. Having the Tyrasaurus's Jaws will help, as you can land 20 HP per hit on this guy when he gets too close.

This boss is pretty easy compared to the others you've fought so far, and beating him (her?) will net you up to 2000 EP.

Domain of Tritops

Enter the area where you fought the boss one last time. It's the Triceratops's home now, and they'll definitely defend it with those big horns of theirs! Thankfully, killing one will net you 90 EP and heal 5 HP, which makes this the best farming ground so far this chapter.

The melons here also heal 5 HP, making this a decent healing spot, too.

Ocean of Plesusaurus

The dinosaurs around here give you 100 EVO Points! And the mollusks give you 500! Nice!

Also, the mollusks attack like the Trilobites in Chapter 1, except they have the potential to deal even more damage. Be careful when facing one of these things.

Mt. Brave

Watch out when facing the Pterodactyls, as they can pick you up, carry you off and drop you back down to the ground for damage (or out of the level). At least they give you 100 EP each when you kill them.

Instead of making your way to the right, you should make your way up instead. If you do that and making a running jump to the left, you'll get changed to a bird form. While it's nice, you'll have to power yourself up all over again So you'll have to head all the way left to exit the level. There, you've cleared Mt. Brave.

There is a cloud that moves around on the map, and if you can somehow get to it with the bird form, you'll end up in the River of Asteroid (Map by Tropicon), which is an optional cloud maze. If you can somehow get through it, you'll get a hint that aliens are bringing crystals onto the planet...something that isn't mentioned in the game until later. (thanks FailureBiWinning)

Domain of Pronesaurus

These guys leave 200 EP when you kill one? Well, shucky ducky quack quack quack, this just keeps getting better!

If you don't kill them in one hit, they'll try to hit you with a well-animated spinning attack. Thankfully, the Tyrasaurus Jaws can do an insta-kill.

Still, that's pretty well-animated.

Domain of Omosaurus

Hey, dinosaurs of the two-legged variety!

The dead rats heal you slightly, believe it or not.

Anyway, the Omosaurs try to run up to you and bite you. If your jaws are at their most powerful, you can take them down in a mere two hits. These guys also leave 200 EP each.

Domain of Tyrosaurus

I guess these guys are supposed to be Tyrannosaurus Rex. I can't tell.

Anyway, do not join these guys unless you wanted to be taken out of the area and shown your horrible future death at the hands of meteorites.

These guys are as easy as the Omosaurs were, and they leave 250 EP apiece. They also heal 27 HP, which is pretty generous. The thing is, you need plenty of hit points and plenty of defense, and you'll need to learn how to move in order to keep from getting hit: strike, then back away.
