We finally beat that dragon, save Rosella, and see how this all ends.

Apparently, the sky world has fire (from the dragon) and mist (from the clouds). Rub the ointment on your body to become invisible. Go west past the dragon, but don't untie Rosella. Instead, cast that storm spell on the dragon to take it out. Stir the brew with your finger, then type 'brew of storms churn it up'. The storm will kill the dragon. Now you can untie Rosella. She'll follow you back to the castle.
Head back to the castle. The gnome will get out of his seat, head to the castle, and announce your arrival to King Graham and Queen Valanice. The doors to the castle will now be open. Head to the throne room, and Alexander will finally meet his parents. You did it!
