From here, go to the basement of Strong Bad's house and talk to Homestar. From here, Strong Bad will tell Homestar that he has stolen the record of Homestar's crimes from The King of Town's castle. From here, he switches the television to the local news, where it is announced that due to Strong Bad's looting from the hall of records, The King of Town has no institutional memory of any crimes being committed anywhere at any point in history, clearing Homestar's name. A relieved Homestar leaves.
Before doing anything else, head back to the kitchen. You'll find Homestar, and Strong Bad will reveal that Marzipan has forgiven Homestar thanks to Strong Bad's efforts. Homestar will leave for real this time, and the ending plays...almost. Strong Bad will find out that Homestar's victory party is now taking place at his house, due to Marzipan's house being burnt down. You'll then get a title belt.
If you go to the See Dee spinner and play it twice, you'll play Coach Z's demo and people will start dancing. If you play it three times, you'll get chamber music, and Strong Mad will show up. If you play it four times, you'll get The Cheat's Latin conga rhythm jams, and everyone forms a conga line. Go to the right and grab the banana peel off the banana floor, then go to the left and click on the Luxa Lounger to recline it. The conga line will stop briefly. When it starts again, place the banana peel on the floor near the window to get rid of everyone. With this, the first episode finally ends, Strong Bad wraps the e-mail up, and the credits roll. Unfortunately, the Lappy 486 is now apparently haunted. You'll then see a preview for Episode 2: Strong Badia the Free, where Strong Bad threatens to overthrow The King of Bad and make Strong Badia its own independent nation.
You'll then unlock Extended Play, which you can use to get most of the other things done. There's only one thing left to do. After the credits and the episode preview, load your game and head back to the kitchen. There is a red chef's hat on the microwave. Click on it to add it to the photo booth. You've now done everything in Episode One! Stay tuned for Episode Two!
