Once you trim the hedge into a guitar, take the hedge trimmings; you'll need them for later.

Back at the track, ask Coach Z about the Snake Boxer 5 manual. You'll find out that he used it to clean something, then sold it to Bubs so he could clean something, much to the horror of Strong Bad.
Go right until you see the turtle, then use the shears on the hedge to trim it into the shape of Strong Bad. Take the hedge trimmings here, too.
From here, Jerry Martin goes back to Strong Bad's house to kick The Cheat into the washing machine and talk to him afterwards, which I mentioned doing in Part 1. This finally gets remedied here.
From here, Jerry uses Homestar's cellphone to prank call some people. There are five options right now: Marzipan, Pom Pom, Strong Bad, Bubs and Coach Z. Yes, Strong Bad can prank call himself. Call everyone. That's five of the seven prank calls completed.
By completing tasks that will help you get trophies, you can increase your rank. Just open up the map section, then use the arrows to get to the rank card. Here, you can see what your rank is and a brief list of what you've done to get to it.
Back at Marzipan's house, take the balloons from the mailbox; you'll need them later. From there, head left and use the shears on the hedge to turn it into a Homestar hedge. Take the hedge trimmings, then use the shears on the paper mache Homestar to cut the head off. This will inadvertently set the paper mache Homestar on fire, and when Marzipan shows up, Strong Bad will poke the Homestar head out of a nearby bush and get Marzipan mad at Homestar as a result. Homestar will then take the head.
