In this entry, we get back to where we need to be in the past, fight Jack the Ripper, save Kiya and read up on what has caused the events of this game.
0:34 - Drop down and take the Time Stone. You'll be trapped in a cage. Put your head on the hand and get out of here, then make your way back to where you dropped down from and stand on the switch in the fireplace and stay on it to free your body. From there, get your head back and get your whole self outta there!
2:58 - When you approach the village chief's hut, the chief will come out. He will use Good Lightning on his fellow villagers to heal them, but if you beat him up, you can take his key, enter his hut and go to the dressing room to disguise yourself. You'll also get the Good Lightning, which works much like it did in the first game and heals anything it zaps.
4:54 - Now that you're in disguise, you can now summon the boat and get back on the Time Machine.
Time Machine, The Ripper
6:29 - After saving, restocking and healing, you'll take on Jack the Ripper. Equip the Good Lightning; you'll need it.
Run around to avoid Jack the Ripper's attack. When Jack the Ripper runs to Kiya and suck her life energy out, keep hitting him to knock Kiya out of his grasp, then zap Kiya with the Good Lightning to heal her. If you need to, use your shield to avoid the attack where he repeatedly charges back and forth.
When Jack the Ripper is low on health, he will cause fireballs to rain down. Thankfully, they are easy to avoid.
When you beat Jack the Ripper, you'll get another Chalice, you'll meet your past self, and you'll also get the Gold Armor, which will give you some additional hits before your energy starts going down. You'll need to meet the Spiv to repair it, however.
10:20 - The Gatling Gun is the most powerful gun in the game.
10:58 - It's time to head to the Cathedral Spires to stop Palethorn from getting the last pages of the spell book.
