VCDECIDE made a pretty useful video that lets you compare Bomberman '94 for the PC Engine and Mega Bomberman for the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive.
If you want to listen to just one of the games, you can go to your volume settings and move the audio balance either all the way to the left speaker for Bomberman '94 or all the way to the right for Mega Bomberman.
