The situation with Erica has driven a wedge between our hero and Miho! How will our hero pull through?
Since Miho isn't here, we head back home. The main character's brother is here, so use the first command to talk to him. He'll give you another phone number. You head back to the cafe, but stuff goes through the main character's mind, and wonders if Miho knows about the whole thing with you and Erica that you reluctantly agreed to, but shake it off and realize that whatever happens will happen and that you'll be able to take care of it.
You'll be back at the cafe, and Miho will be there without her disguise. Turns out she does know what happened with you and Erica, and doesn't want any part of it. Select Option D. This time around, you'll be able to pick an emotion to go along with it, and if you screw this part up, more than likely it's going to be game over. Choose the face that makes you look like you're unimpressed (the one with the straight slits for eyebrows and the triangular frown).
From there, pick A (where you call yourself an idiot) and choose the normal emotion, which is the one you have right now. When she asks what happened, pick A ("It's a long story...") Thankfully, you don't have to pick an emotion for this one. Pick A for the yes/no question that comes after. From there, pick B ("You do understand how I feel.") and pick the normal emotion. Congrats, you and Miho are friends again!
When the screen transitions back to the cafe, there will be a guy looking out the window. Quickly pick the first option so he runs off! Miho will soon be worried, as it could be a member of the media. Pick Option C ("You'll be safe if you stay with me."), and she will be reassured. Pick A ("Don't worry anymore."), then pick A again (it's the only option here) and use the normal emotion. Pick A ("What is your favorite type?" - the only option here) and use the normal emotion again.
You'll head back home. Pick the first option and talk to your brother. He'll give you another phone number. Pick the first option to talk to your brother again, and he'll give you advice for the date. You'll then realize you need to get a gift for her. Choose the first option to leave the house, and from here, you'll get the gift and head to the cafe. Miho will show up. Choose option C, the cinema, when she asks what you want to do. For the next option, pick B (Stand by Miho). You'll both head to the cinema.
Choose the second option to talk to Miho, then pick Option B ("You can talk during the movie."). From there, pick the third option to give her something, then use the second item (the gift you bought for the date). From here, you have seven options to choose from. Pick the fourth one, which allows you to hold hands with Miho. From there, pick the fifth one, which lets you hold her shoulder. Next, pick the sixth one, which lets you kiss her. Unfortunately, she's not ready for the big kiss yet...
To make matters worse, Erica's goons are here! The date's ruined now, so now it's time to get out of here.
