You've scored the date with Miho, but somebody isn't too thrilled about that.
You'll meet Erica and the Typhoon Trio. Erica has suddenly taken an interest in you. They'll disappear, then Masaomi says something and walks off. When he leaves, you'll be able to do commands again.
You have two options: pick the first command and go to the classroom, or pick the third one which allows you to wait for Miho. We'll be doing the waiting option, but we'll be doing the other command when we come back to this point later in the series.
You'll have to pick the wait command (the third one) three times before Miho finally shows up. She'll be in her disguise and you'll be able to talk to her again. Pick the first option.
When you finally talk to Miho, pick B, ("I don't often walk home with girls.") From there, pick A, ("What do you mean by that?") Then choose B, "I work hard." Suddenly, Miho will be worried, so pick B, ("Sorry, I didn't mean that...") Miho will ask how it is to walk home with her, pick option B. ("Walking home with you is great.") She'll be happy. Choose B, ("Would you like to walk to school tomorrow?") She'll be delighted to. Choose B )"What are you doing on Sunday?") She'll tell you that she's free, and asks the same of you. Pick A, ("Would you like to go out on a date?") She says yes!
You'll head back home, but suddenly you will be confronted by three shady men in suits who want you to come with them. You won't have much of a choice, and you'll be in a building where the Typhoon Trio are dressed up. Turns out you're in Erica's mansion, and Erica is in a formal white dress. Choose the second option to talk to Erica, and she'll ask if this dress fits her. Choose "yes." There will then be some tea on the table. Pick A or B to take the tea. Erica asks if you would like to go out with her. Believe it or not, you have to choose "Yes" to advance the plot. You'll reluctantly go out on a date with her. Erica will then ask if you would like some tea again. Pick C to refuse. There will be some roast chicken on the table. Pick the fourth option to take it, and point the hand at the chicken and press A to put it in your inventory.
From here, pick the fifth option, which allows you to escape the option. Erica will be shocked and sic her guard dog Alex on you. Pick the fourth option and pick the second item, which is the chicken. The dog will be focused on the chicken and you will finally be out of Erica's grasp.
You'll make it to the cafe, and Miho hasn't arrived yet...
