DeceasedCrab plays Iji - Part 9 of 35

We finish up Sector 4 and watch another cutscene! Hurray!

Sector 4

(continued)

1:32 - Upon maxing out Crack to Level 10, you'll unlock Electronic Mastery. If you fail to crack something from that point, you'll have no adverse effects, meaning that you won't be knocked back, secutiy creates won't break or explode and enemies will fail to notice your misguided attempt to screw up their Nanoshield. Blue nodes will no longer flicker, and you have more time to crack something.

2:01 - Combining the Rocket Launcher and the MPFB Devastator gives you the Nuke. This uses MPFB ammo, and does immediate damage to all enemies in the vicinity, but also knocks you back. It costs three MPFB cells to fire it once. Press 4 twice to select it (or press A and D until the MPFB Devastator is selected and then press S).

3:12 - After opening the exit door, DeceasedCrab shows 'em how it's done and shows off how to get the poster in this sector.

3:54 - The game breaks the fourth wall again; this time it's about the level design.

4:23 - Another in-joke. This Tasen log mentions Hero 3D and makes fun of the posters as part of a weird joke about trying to stop Iji with...candy bars...yeah, figure that one out.

5:35 - This is what happens when you fire a Nuke.

5:55 - Nothing left to do but to crack the Tasen communicator and send a distress signal to the Komato. In this next cutscene, you'll see Iosa for the first time. I have a bad feeling about this guy...

7:20 - In Sector 5, the Komato show up just in time...and both the Tasen and the Komato shoot at each other. This should make it a tad easier if you're going for a Pacificst run. The bad news is that something happens to Dan, and the Komato will still shoot at you...

8:29 - A treasure trove of ammo in security boxes.

8:56 - This Tasen log is a prologue to what becomes...

9:10 - ...an all out war at the top of this lift shaft.

10:00 - The Komato can duck, too, apparently...
