In this entry, we get the last few Power Moons in the Lost Kingdom, then head back to Metro Kingdom and start tearing it up again.
Lost Kingdom
28. Line It Up, Blow It Up - At the Swamp Hill checkpoint, you'll need to lower a set of stairs to reveal two blocks that weren't there before. One of them is glowing, and if you can get a Trapeetle to grab your hat and launch itself at the blocks, you'll be able to get a Power Moon.
30. Lost Kingdom Master Cup - This Power Moon is the same as the regular cup, except this time, you're gonna have to be perfect. Interestingly, the Gold Koopa runs into the wall near the first set of destructible blocks, and you may be able to use that to your advantage.
34. Chasing Klepto - There is a Moon Rock Pipe in the Rocky Mountain Summit area, and you can see it from the very top. When you go in, Klepto swoops in and steel Cappy again. You'll need to get through the area and deal with the enemies along the way to beat Klepto like you did before. To do that, head to the ground pound pillar left of the Power Moon in the cage and ground pound the pillar on the right to raise the one on the left, then run to Klepto. Klepto will fly to the pillar you just lowered. Ground pound the left pillar again, and you'll get rid of Klepto and save Cappy. Once you get Cappy back, return to the center of the area and throw your hat at the switch in front of the cage for a Power Moon.
35. Extremely Hot Bath - In the area where you get Power Moon #34, you can capture a Podaboo after getting Power Moon #34 and take it to a pillar in the corner that Klepto went. Behind the pillar is a Power Moon.
Metro Kingdom
55. Mario Signs His Name - At the city entrance, there are now a few statues making up the letters of Mario's name in the nearby park. If you can capture them all and move them all to the proper place, you'll get a Power Moon.
56. Surprise Clown! - Head to the Outdoor Café checkpoint with the Clown Hat and Clown Suit equipped, then go around the buildings to the absolute northwest corner of the kingdom. Talk to the guy there to cheer him up and get a Power Moon.
57. A Request from the Mayor - At the New Donk City Hall Plaza, talk to Pauline. She will ask you four questions. Here are all ten questions you can get, as well as the answers:
What am I bad with? Fixing machines.
What do I plan to eat for dinner tonight? Fried mushrooms.
What do I do on my days off? Practice singing.
Give me your honest opinion - how am I doing as mayor of this city? Fantastic!
Which of these things did I actually do a long time ago? Captured by ape.
What kind of music do I like? Peppy music.
What is my most prized possession? A hat.
What kingdom would I most like to visit right now? Cloud Kingdom
What do you think my hobby is? Going on walks.
What do I just adore? Cake.
Once you answer four questions correctly in a row, Pauline will tell you that today is her birthday. Three things will now pop up around the kingdom: a hat on a bench in the New Donk City Hall Plaza, a parasol on a bench near the Outdoor Café, and a purse on a metal catwalk between New Donk City Hall and the Heliport checkpoint. The item you need to return is the purse. (If you pick "A purse" for the "What is my most prized possession?" question, Pauline will tell you that she used to treasure a purse, but that she lost it a long time ago. I want to think this is the only hint you have other than Cappy telling you that the purse makes a great gift when you approach it, as opposed to the hat and the parasol, which Cappy does not think make for great gifts.) Grab the purse, then drop back down and talk to Pauline with purse in hand for a Power Moon. (Not surprisingly, Pauline will mention losing the purse again when you do.)
58. Jammin' in the Metro Kingdom - The Jammin' Toad in the park near the city entrance is looking for music with the theme of "Revving a tiny engine." You'll need to pick Track 80, "RC Car," to get a Power Moon.
59. Sphynx in the City - At the city entrance, capture the Binoculars, then focus on the Sphynx on the balloon. The Power Moon you reveal will land in the nearby park.
66. Peach in the Metro Kingdom - Peach and Tiara are at the top of the theater building in the west side of town; talk to them for a Power Moon.
