In this entry, we give Elmer Fudd's prehistoric Elmer Fudd ancestor a kick in the behind, then head to The Pirate Years and start the first level here.
0:52 - We unlock two more levels after completing the first one.
1:33 - If you have 99 carrots, you can collect the translucent golden carrot in the overworld. There are four of these in the game. In order for carrots to actually be collected, you need to have full health. I don't figure this out until later.
4:12 - I finally get that golden carrot I was missing. From here, we can exit the level from the pause menu and complete the level at last. Now to give Cave-Elmer a kick start.
6:00 - It's time for the first boss battle. You'll need to run away from Elmer and dive into a rabbit hole before he gets to you. From here, come out of another rabbit hole, get behind him while he's bent down, and kick him in the butt. By doing this three times, you'll get all the collectibles and beat the boss battle.
8:17 - We've unlocked another level, but we won't be able to go to it for a while. Let's head to The Pirate Years and head to "Hey...What's Up, Dock?"
11:04 - We meet Pirate Sam for the first time. Also you'll need to kick five crates for a clock. In the meantime, kick chests for things, and jump on crabs in order to kick them. If the crab throws its claw at you, stay to the side and tackle it like you would the other crabs. You have no invincibility frames in this game, so be careful when facing enemies.
12:35 - The first crate.
13:20 - We can kick these steering wheels to open up paths and other things. As for the shell game, watch the chests carefully to find the one with the clock, and be sure you're facing the steering wheel when you're opening the chest (the steering wheel is there behind the back of the chests, hence why I mention this). If you get the pirate, just run away. He'll disappear.
15:55 - The second crate. You'll need to push some big crates and stack the smaller green ones to get this crate, the clock in the chest and the nearby golden carrot.
18:55 - Jump on the clam and grab the pearl before the clam closes shut, then throw the pearl at the target to drop the bridge down. You'll need three pearls for this. Avoid the barrels and kick the wheel.
19:57 - Take the torch to the TNT barrel, light the barrel, and get away without getting hit. This gets rid of the guy throwing the barrels so you can continue on.
20:42 - Tire this guy out and kick him from behind twice for a clock.
21:30 - There is a hidden rabbit hole here. We'll go down it next time.
