PrinceWatercress plays Dynamite Duke (GEN/MD) - Mission 5

These stages just keep getting more and more difficult while still being short! Also, the flamethrower boss is back. I kinda like him despite the tougher attacks that come from his weapon of choice, frankly.

Mission 5: Factory

There is a bulletproof vest in the filing cabinet all the way to the left at the start, so get it immediately before the cabinet gets scrolled off the screen.

This level is pretty nasty. There will be a lot more enemies on the upper level than on the lower one, but you'll need to shoot down all the objects in the way for power-ups...so pick your poison.

The boss here is the flamethrower guy from Mission 2. He fights much like he did in that mission, and he still has that close-range flamethrower attack that is tough to avoid. Just keep ducking as you move, and keep moving past him. He will whiff all his punches, and he will eventually try to fire the gun at you as you bob and weave. Once again, duck down and move in when he points his gun to the side to shoot, then get in your two punches and back off.

{YTP} AVGN's Spaghetti and Stickers (by TonyYorkieSilky1991)

The beginning of this is incredible.

PrinceWatercress plays Who Framed Roger Rabbit? (Game Boy) - Part 6 of 6

In this entry, we finally head to Judge Doom's mansion and take Doom head-on. Prepare for a bit of a maze and a tough boss battle if you want to save Toontown.

You'll start out in front of Warehouse A6, and you can't go back inside for health. Thankfully, you can replenish your health when you go south. From here, go east and follow the path. On the open area with the weasels east of the harbor, equip the Speed Shoes so you can run away from the weasels without getting hit.

Once you're in the forest, keep the Speed Shoes on. Avoid the barrels that the big gorilla enemies throw, and don't be afraid to use any of the carrots you see along the way. At the second gorilla enemy, go east, as south is a dead end. You'll be at Doom's Mansion. Go in.

Talk to Eddie. He will tell you that there are puddles of Dip that will hurt you if you touch them, and that he will go first and leave a trail for you. Go north, then avoid the dog that chases after you with the Speed Shoes, then take the door on the right while avoiding the Dip puddles.

Take out the weasels, then enter the left-hand door. There will then be two sets of stairs and a door to the north. The left is a dead end, while the right lets you continue on. Take the stairs on the right, heal if you need to, then go north, take out the weasels and go down the stairs.

Make your way to the stairs on the opposite corner, and you'll meet Judge Doom. Follow him north after taking out the weasels, and in the next room, go a little bit to the west before going north so you don't fall into a trap door. From there, you can safely go north. You'll then face Judge Doom in his Dip tank.

Equip the Punch Hammer or Toon Gun, get to the center of the screen, and shoot at him before he stops moving and shoots dip at you. His Dip shots will stick to the floor, leaving puddles of Dip that will hurt you. It also helps not to move into the dip on the north end of the room. You may have to move around the room as the battle goes on so you minimize the amount of damage that you take. Eventually, you'll hit Doom enough times that his tank explodes and you'll save Toontown! You did it!

PrinceWatercress plays Dynamite Duke (GEN/MD) - Mission 4

Another video, another short stage. Strangely, the game really goes into repeat boss territory at this point.

Mission 4: Tunnel

You can shoot the rocks near the holes down at the beginning of the level for power-ups. Also, the guys who throw the bombs are back. Near the end, the tank boss from Mission 1 comes back.

The boss is the same guy from the end of Mission 1. He's mostly the same as before, but he has a new attack: the ability to produce a lightsaber out of his right hand. Duck and move to avoid the horizontal slash as he strikes, and if he does two in a row, get away from him before hitting him again, as he will swing downwards. That downward swings has to be dodged; you cannot duck under it. As long as you're on the move, he's still pretty easy.

PrinceWatercress plays Who Framed Roger Rabbit? (Game Boy) - Part 5 of 6

In this episode, we head to the docks to face Smarty. Once Smarty goes down, we can finally face Judge Doom.

Scene 5

You'll start out in front of the T. Club. Go west and follow the path, and after you go through the building, make your way north and walk into the barricade. You'll enter the harbor.

From here, go north, then go east. If you go north, you'll find the first warehouse. Warehouses A1 through A5 all look the same, but the northeast room of A6 has a door leading north.

In the maze, keep going east. and when you come out of the maze, go north. You'll go to Warehouse A6. Make your way east, then north. Unlike the other warehouses, there will be another door to the north. This is where you'll face Smarty. Equip the Toon Gun or the Punch Hammer, then attack Smarty without getting attacked yourself. You may have to stun the two henchmen in order to get a clear shot at Smarty, who will go down after a few hits from either weapon, so don't be afraid to use the Punch Hammer. When you beat Smarty, you'll get the key to Doom's Mansion.

PrinceWatercress plays Who Framed Roger Rabbit? (Game Boy) - Part 4 of 6

This scene is shorter than the ones we've played so far, but Psycho is dead set on rubbing you out.

Scene 4

You start out in front of the T. Club. Go inside and talk to the guy at the table. He will tell you that Baby Herman was looking for you. One of the other customers will tell you that Psycho has a Harbor Pass - which you'll need - and that you'll need a car to catch Psycho, who is always driving around.

Head back to Valiant's office. To do that, go south from the T. Club, go west, then take the streetcar to the other end of town. Remember to re-equip your weapon every time you take the street car. Once you're at Valiant's office, go in. Watch out for any enemies, especially weasels who hide in trash cans and throw trash around. Talk to Baby Herman, and he will tell you about Benny, who you saw tied up earlier near where you met Greasy. He will give you an ax, as he is not strong enough to cut Benny's chains.

From here, go back to the streetcar and take it to the west side of town. Go back to the T. Club, then go west and follow the path. At the fork in the road past where the guys who talk about the Toon Gun are, go west to enter the impound lot and use the axe in front of Benny's chain. Benny will thank you and give you a whistle, which replaces the ax.

Go back to Valiant's office. From here, go talk to Eddie. He will tell you to stay in the building and keep an eye out for Psycho. You'll eventually see him, and Eddie and Roger will go outside. You'll automatically use the whistle, and you'll ride in Benny the Taxi for a boss battle. Get close to Psycho and hit him with the Punch Hammer, and try not to be behind him when he tosses the bombs backwards so you don't get hurt. When you beat Psycho and send him off the road, you'll get the Harbor Pass and go on to Scene 5.

PrinceWatercress plays Dynamite Duke (GEN/MD) - Mission 3

We head to the great outdoors for the third mission, but the new shuriken throwing enemies and the tank that rains down grenades are anything but great.

Mission 3: Woods

The worst of the new enemies that are here - who are now wearing blue - are the men with the brown Kevlar vests. These guys will jump up and throw kunai at you, and they will damage you through the bulletproof vest. Get used to seeing these kinds of soldiers throughout the game from here on out.

If you find a "Life Up" pick-up, get it. This adds one unit to your maximum health.

The gray tank is the same as the one from Mission 1, but it will also shoot grenades at you when it is low on health. While you can shoot them down, you're better off standing in the gaps between where they land.

At the boss, concentrate on shooting down the myriad of planes and tanks that show up until the center of the bridge opens to reveal a yellow rocket launcher. When you see the black holes turn red, be ready to duck and move to avoid the rockets, and return fire to it whenever possible. Avoid the planes and tanks' shots and just concentrate on the rocket launcher on the bridge, and you should be okay.
