WHO IS THIS TROLL
WHY IS HE BACK
Go back to the banquet hall and enter the lowe level door again. Head back to the balcony and Use the Rod in the corner of the balcony where that hole is. You'll place the Rod there and lightning will strike it. A skeletal hand will come out of the floor and hand you a Wand. Take it. The hand will go back into the floor. Now go to the lookout to the left, Open the Bag 3, and Take the BigCoin and the three GoldCoins.
Remember that room from way back in the beginning of the game that had the rickety bridge that killed you if you attempted to cross it? Go back to that room and Use Bottle 2 on Self. You'll immediately levitate. Cross the rickety bridge now. You'll meet up with a Giant Snake...which is really a statue. Use the Wand on it to turn it into a Staff. Take it.
Go back to the Troll bridge. When you cross again, he'll be back and holding the Spear you tried to kill him with earlier. Go ahead and Use a GoldCoin on him. He'll want another. Give him another. YOU'LL THEN DIE. trollface.jpg
You're going to have to go back to the Epor room. You may have noticed the grey outline of a door that seems to mesh in with the far wall. Open it to reveal a door.
Place the Blue Gem on the panel in the floor. You'll see the wall open and reveal an old wizard. "Listen, Warrior! The warlock lord can only be defeated by thy courage and the Staff of Ages. Remember, five to find, three for the staff, three to be the key, and one to be thy pathway. Have they wits about thee, warrior! Fare thee well." When the wall closes, a Scroll appears. Take it and Open it. This is Scroll 2. "As the shadow of the wind, thou shalt be!! Humana." You have the Humana spell!
Go back to the Troll bridge again. Speak the Humana spell and you'll get past the troll with invisibility. No problem!
