In this video, the Space Circus Catastrophe achievement gets done early, then we get to work on restoring the rainforest formula.

This is the earliest time that you can use the Nunchuk Gun on Professor Experimento, so do it.

Give the formula dust to Professor Experimento to see how he can recreate it. The Professor will mention that somebody stole a disk of important launch codes for him and that he needs Dangeresque's help to get them back. Dangeresque sees this as a fair trade and promises to get the disk. Professor Experimento will then re-create the formula, and Renaldo will mention that the Professor needs three things to re-create the formula: a bubbly drink, a Stickanee flower, and yellow hair. You'll have to head to Brainblow City to get these things.

You'll already have the bubbly drink: the Diet Brown that you got from Renaldo earlier. Give that to the Professor to get credit for one of the three necessary items to re-create the formula.

From here, put Brainblow City on your map, then head to it. Renaldo will wait near the brick wall while Dangeresque does all the work. Head to the right to head to Bubs' Concession Stand, which is the Brainblow City Prison in the Dangeresque universe. Keep going right from there, to reach the city limits. Use the Nunchuck Gun on the city limits sign to get the Renaldo Sheets bed sheets.

Head back to the brick wall, then keep going left to find The Stick, which acts as the Stickanee Tree. Look at the Stickanee Tree first to get a reference to The Lorax, then take the flower. 

Keep going left to find the Whale, then go left some more to find the Shark Pond. Put Credenza the Potted Plant in the pool, er, Shark Pond to water it. Further to the left is the photo booth, and left of that is the car. You'll then be at the other end of the city limits. The Stick, the car and the whale should all be on your map.

Head back to the office. If you use the safety scissors on Cutesy Buttons now, she will get angry and you'll get an outtake.

If you look at the window, Dangeresque will find out there is an outside to his office. If you look at the window again, Dangeresque will tell Cutesy Buttons to look out the window, where she will notice Credenza in the Shark Pond. (He also accidentally calls Cutesy Buttons "Marzipan" when he does this.) While she is distracted, use the scissors on Cutesy Buttons to get a snippet of her hair. Afterwards, you'll rescue Credenza, then Cutesy Buttons will chew out Dangeresque, who then pulls a pencil out of the side of his head.
