CornshaqGaming plays Donald Duck
Here's the original Famicom version of Snoopy's Silly Sports Spectacular, which uses the Disney license due to Kemco having the rights to do such in Japan at the time of the game's release.
So...the pole vault event has been figured out. Sort of.
Turns out tapping the run button like crazy to get speed and then pressing the pole vault button isn't enough.
When you press the button to vault over the stream, you have to press and hold the button and let go of it at the right time to clear the stream and land on the other side. Even after knowing this, however, it still takes practice, and your timing still has to be pretty good in order to pull it off.
Have a nice day.
