The second level of the game has us going through the sewers to sneak into a birthday party. Once we do, the Eds get more than they bargained for.
Whenever you complete a level, you'll end up in the cul-de-sac where the game (and the TV series) takes place. The blue arrows indicate the levels that you can go to, but you won't know which one goes to where until you actually check them out. The other kids in the series are here
The manhole near the start takes you to Level 2.
Breaking crates here can get you a few coins, but you'll find more in the levels. The sandbox in the playground also contains a coin.
The playground has a vintage jawbreaker machine. You'll need the coins that you'll be picking up throughout the game in order to get all of these jawbreakers and achieve 100% completion. I'll be getting some vintage jawbreakers between levels. You can look at the jawbreakers - and all the collectibles you've gotten - in the pause menu.
Beyond the playground is the old, abandoned house as well as the unfinished Peach Creek Estates and the trailer park where the Kanker Sisters live. Speaking of whom, you'll see them soon enough.
Pin The Tail On The Ed
1:32 - This door takes you back to Level 1.
9:15 - The cutscene for Level 2. The Eds try to get into Jimmy's birthday party only to find out they are not invited. In order to get in, they'll have to take the sewers.
Once you're in the sewers, watch out for the rats and the gators, Both of these enemies bite hard, and the gators take more than one hit to destroy. The gators leave three balls for the energy meter to make up for it. I usually use Eddy to take care of enemies. Also, the barrels of toxic waste hurt if you run into them or their toxic waste, especially if you destroy them.
12:32 - You'll need to switch to Edd and press L1 to utilize the Trampol-Edd. To bounce Edd upwards, press Circle.
Before you go, look around and search for a platform below. You'll find the first jawbreaker.
14:34 - The Trampol-Edd in action. Make sure Edd is close to and facing what you want him to jump towards, then press Circle. If he does a somersault, you did it right. Interact with the valve with the Triangle button and open a bridge to reunite the Eds.
16:04 - Press Triangle at the keyhole as Edd to open the door.
16:25 - Destroy pipes that spit out enemies so that they stop generating enemies.
16:52 - When you see a flashing blue target, enter first-person mode with Edd and shoot a water balloon at it to to hit it.
19:07 - The clam will snap at you and latch on. If it latches on, keep jumping around to get it off. By opening the door here, you'll be able to chase the chicken. Go after it with Ed, then grab it and throw it before time runs out for the second Easter Egg.
21:09 - Use Trampol-Edd to turn the valves and go elsewhere.
21:55 - This cracked wall can be destroyed with Batter-Ed and contains one coin and a gator. The second one contains another gator as well as the second jawbreaker.
23:11 - Johnny 2x4 and Plank find a valve. In order to get it, we will have to lower the water in order to help Johnny get some clams. Use Edd's water balloon to hit some targets and raise some bridges, then turn the valve to lower the water a little bit.
Also, Marie Kanker tries to damage us near the valve. But why?
26:15 - The second valve.
26:48 - After lowering another valve, Marie Kanker tries to smooch at us.
27:42 - On the way to the third valve, May Kanker also shows up to do what her sisters did.
28:18 - After turning the last valve, you'll find the third jawbreaker for this level. From here, go back to the top level to get the valve...after torturing Plank, of course.
30:12 - After going back to gameplay and turning the nearby valve, we have the ramp that leads back up to ground level.
31:15 - Using Trampol-Edd allows you to destroy the three piñatas from directly underneath. Doing this nets you the fourth and last jawbreaker for this level.
31:41 - Before you do, dig in the sandbox with Ed to get a costume piece.
32:55 - The Kankers are hiding in a piñata, and they're ready to smooch the Eds!
You'll need to hit Marie (the one with the blue hair) with the beehives that are directly above her head. As long as you pay attention to just her and not take a whole lot of damage, you'll do just fine. Enjoy the ending cutscene, where the Eds miss out on the birthday cake.
