The levels get a little more creative here. I like it.

Level 26

Go to the red guy. Send the red guy to the small mine in the upper left corner. Go to the blue guy. Send the blue guy to the small mine in the upper right corner. Detonate the small bomb three tiles south of the teleporter when all the swell bombs are at medium, then move up.

Level 27

Move left, up, left, up. Hit the switch. Move left, down, left, down. Hit the switch. Move right, right, up, up, right, up, up. Hit the switch. Move left three times. Hit the switch. Move down, right, right, down, right. Enter the teleporter. Detonate the bomb. Move down.

Level 28

Detonate the small bomb at the start, then head towards and enter the teleporter. Detonate the small bomb to the west or the south, then move away and enter the teleporter. Move up to enter another teleporter. Detonate the bombs to the west first, followed by the bomb to the south, then go towards and enter the nearby teleporter. Detonate the small bomb on the upper right corner of the "A", then enter the nearby teleporter. Detonate the small bombs to the right, then detonate the small bomb to the left and move up across the ice and into the teleporter. The letters spell "Tupau." A T'Pau reference?

Level 29

I have numbered the columns, with the first one being on the far left and the last one being on the far right.

1. Detonate top bomb in column 4. Move left.
2. Detonate bottom bomb in column 1. Move down.
3. Detonate bomb in column 3. Move down.
4. Detonate bottom bomb in column 4. Move right.
5. Detonate top bomb in column 8. Move left.
6. Detonate bomb in column 6. Move down.
7. Detonate bomb in column 5. Move down.
8. Detonate bomb in column 7. Move down.
9. Detonate bottom bomb in column 8. Move right.
10. Detonate middle bomb in column 8. Move right.
11. Detonate top bomb in column 10. Move down.
12. Detonate bottom bomb in column 10. Move right.
13. Detonate bottom bomb in in column 12. Move right.
14. Detonate top bomb in column 12. Move right. 
15. Detonate bottom bomb in column 14. Move left.
16. Detonate top bomb in column 14. Move right. 
17. Detonate middle bomb in column 16. Move right. 
18. Detonate bottom bomb in column 19. Move left or up. 
19. Detonate bottom bomb in column 18. Move up.
20. Detonate top bomb in column 19. Move up.
21. Detonate top bomb in column 20. Move right.
22. Detonate bottom bomb in column 20. Move right.
23. Detonate top bomb in column 22. Move left or right.
24. Detonate bottom bomb in column 22. Move right. 

The tiles spell "ZZAP 64."

Level 30

Bring the medium bomb to the the large bomb, then bring the small bomb to the medium bomb. Detonate the small bomb and move left or right, watching out for the enemy.
