This boss battle is a little more difficult than the ones that have come before. Word to the wise: this episode also has harder bosses than the first one.
The Queen
Go down and get some machine gun ammo, then wait for the queen to fly towards you and fire at her. Just stay above where the door with the keycard in it is, and wait for her to show up and fire. If she sends any flies at you, take them out, too. There are grenades in the upper-right corner of the room, but I ended up never needing them.
